You retain ownership of any content or data you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"), and you grant us a licence to process that data solely to provide the Services to you.
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools, platforms, or websites (for example, CI/CD platforms, issue trackers, or app stores). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRA Tech Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
